Therapy.
Your feelings, experiences, and wellness matter.
You may find that you have achieved success in various aspects of your life but are at a juncture that leaves you feeling stuck, burnt out, unfulfilled, or confronting resurfaced pains from the past. No matter how you arrived here, you can learn through this moment and emerge resilient.
Let’s connect if any of the following resonate with you:
-
Loss comes in many forms, and each journey through grief is unique. Grief often leaves us feeling unmoored and having to learn how to navigate a new reality. You deserve a safe space to process your feelings and grieve while getting support, coping skills, and ultimately connect to hope.
-
It can be challenging if you are in the midst of a life transition, even if the change is positive. You may be reflecting on an ending or wondering “where do I begin” and “how do I manage it all.” Through our work together, you can gain clarity, embrace self-compassion, and build resilience skills for the next phase of your life.
-
We all deserve and want satisfying connections. However, maybe you feel disconnected or overwhelmed by others, repeat the same relationship patterns, are at a crossroads in a relationship, or want to set healthy boundaries. Therapy can help you build healthy relationships that reflect your self-worth.
-
Often, we minimize our voice, operate on autopilot, or are so overwhelmed in the day-to-day that we lose sight of our needs. Sometimes, despite our best wellness efforts, we still feel depleted, like we are running on empty. Self-care is not a grand gesture but the small intentional things we do and think about on a daily basis that reinforce our worth. Through therapy, you can reduce your critical voice and develop sustainable wellness practices.
-
Anxiety can be a normal response to life circumstances. However, when it becomes your day-to-day experience, it can be exhausting. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of anxiety that leave you feeling overwhelmed and powerless. Therapy can help you better understand your experiences and develop skills to feel less controlled by anxiety.
-
You may crave meaning in your work, want to enhance your performance, or pursue a vision for your career, but you are unsure how to start. Therapy can help you clarify your goals, enhance skills, identify roadblocks towards change, and develop a strategy forward. You deserve to have joy, passion, and purpose in your career.
Therapy is a form of intentional self-care
I offer you a space to pause, BREATHE…reflect, explore, and restore.
How can I get started?
Virtual therapy makes self-care more convenient and accessible. We will speak for an initial consultation to answer any questions you have. Once we agree to work together, you will have access to a client portal to complete the necessary forms and schedule your first appointment.
During your first session, we will meet using a secure video platform. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I will further explore what brings you into therapy and listen to your goals. You will most likely have many questions about therapy and how it the works-no question is too big or small.
Therapy is a confidential and judgment-free zone; nothing is off the table, you can talk about any and everything that matters to you at a comfortable pace.
Therapy sessions are typically weekly or bi-weekly. We can also work together to determine a frequency that makes sense for your needs.
