My Approach
I’m passionate about helping women lead healthy and fulfilling lives. My approach to therapy is interactive and relatable. I offer a calming presence anchored in empathy, encouragement, and humor. So often, the things that we nurture in our lives grow and flourish. I founded Hello Nurtured™ to help women interested in embracing personal growth and looking for a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences. Through a collaborative process, I will help you to work intentionally towards creating change, sustained wellness, and a happier life. You’ve got this!

Evidenced Based
I am committed to offering evidence-based services tailored to your needs and goals. At the core of my work is “person-centered therapy,” which focuses on creating a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable to share and reflect. In addition, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. These techniques help you increase self-awareness, connect to the present moment, and understand how your mind and body respond to your experiences.

PhD, Fordham University in Counseling Psychology
MA, EdM in Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University.
I currently consult in corporate settings, offering therapy, coaching, and workplace wellness solutions.
I remain committed to providing current and evidence-based services. Selected trainings include CBT for Anxiety, Grief Counseling Certification, and Mindfulness based CBT.
I’ve had the privilege to work in various settings throughout my career, including hospitals, college counseling centers, and community mental health centers. Each experience has fueled my passion for supporting others in their journey.
